We’re got married! We celebrated our wedding at the end of September with a very small ceremony in Old Town, Albuquerque. It was a simple and sweet way to mark our commitment to each other.
Although we celebrated our wedding with just a handful of people — all our family & friends were in our hearts & minds. We’re who we are because of all the ways you each have taught us (and learned along with us) how to care, how to love, how to be family together.
As Mika’s parents were not able to attend due to health concerns, we’re extra grateful to Carissa of Carissa & Ben Photography for the gorgeous photos that helped capture the day so we could share the experience with our families and friends.

Sean of Two Willow Farm grew our wedding flowers
and made Mika’s gorg bouquet.
It meant so much to exchange & wear rings that hold so much love already - including Mika’s rings made by Kelly of KMW Custom Jewelry, and a family ring from Erik’s grandparents, and Erik’s ring from Teko Gallery.
Thanks to our friends and favorite shops in Old Town for letting us move our wedding ceremony & photo session to your beautiful spaces when we got rained (& mudded) out of our planned bosque location. Huge thank you to Tess for letting us take over the Luna & Luz patio! Special thank you to Lapis Room, Tiny Grocer ABQ, and Print Bound Press for sharing your spaces - whether you knew it or not.

After 6 years together - and 2 years in our house in ABQ - there's really nothing we need more than time with each other, our family, and friends. We're so grateful for our cozy little home & our great big yard!
If you want to gift us something to celebrate, we put some ideas on a gift registry here.
Anything that helps us grow a garden in our desert sandbox is very appreciated. (Whether that is garden pots, your favorite garden tools, or plants, starts or seeds from your garden!)
We're still getting settled into our house, so Lowe's gift cards will be put to use on paint for the walls, tools, and materials for projects we haven't even started yet. Even better: handmade gifts & artwork to keep making our house a home.
Kitchen gifts - and food treats - are always appreciated. You know we can't wait to cook for you next time you pop by or come visit! ❤️
More than any gift, we hope to see and celebrate with each of you in the coming year!
with love & gratitude,
Mika & Erik
